PARC Prison Issues Curriculum
Packet Order Form

To Order Curriculum Project Presentations, complete the form below. If you have any questions, contact curriculum@prisonactivist.org, or call 510-893-4648x107.

  1. Below, check the box next to the curriculum packet(s) you'd like to order and use the pull-down menu to specify your desired quantity.
  2. Then input your name, mailing address, and contact info (required fields are in bold).
  3. Read the information on donations to cover our costs.
  4. Then press the "Place Order" button.
Once we've received and reviewed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a few days.

Thank you for ordering the PARC High School Curriculum. Packets are sent for a donation of $5 - $10 each, except for the Death Penalty Curriculum Packets, which are $15 - $25.

Please multiply the total number of packets you are ordering by $5 - $10 and/or $15 - $25, and make a donation in that amount. Donations are accepted in one of two ways:

  • After completing this form, simply follow the link on the confirmation page to go to our secure donation page. where you can enter "Curriculum Packets" in the Comment field.
  • Send a check or money order made payable to PARC/LSPC with "Curriculum" on the memo line to the address below:
